Operation Provider has survived since 1989 on 100% volunteer work. No person receives a salary or compensation, including the executive director, which means our mission is powered by people like you with a heart for families in need.

Our weekly food distribution is manned by a committed team, some of them serving on this team for more than 10 years. While we don't usually need additional people for this team, we can count on a need for volunteers for our holiday programs like our Thanksgiving Meal Distribution Day and Christmas Day Celebration. If you are waiting to hear about in-person opportunities, please consider being an OP Promoter to help us spread the word when we have announcements or consider hosting an event to support our cause.
